" Whether your goal is to develop new products or services
“ design thinking' holds valuable clues as to how to
get to bigger ideas , faster and more efficiently.
We employ principles and practices behind design , they are
so intuitive and have such a high rate of success , its hard
to question their value "
We apply hands-on DESIGN methods dubbed as new driver of
innovation and new competitive weapon.
While using DESIGN methods these are some of the questions
we try to answer
Do you need help in creating great PRD , Product Strategy
and Roadmap ?
Simply stated, the product strategy describes a vision,
typically between two and five years out, of where you
want the product to go, and the product roadmap describes
the various steps to get there. The PRD describes a
particular product release along that path.
Do you need help in creating a great PRD ( Product requirement
Document) ?
Do you know that PRD drives the entire product team
and the company’s sales, marketing and customer
support efforts.? It’s hard to come up with a

Do you know Who is the product for ? Companies, Customers,
Users ?
How do you differentiate between ‘What’ versus
‘How’ ?
It is very easy in the product requirements to intentionally
or unintentionally dive down into the actual solution
rather than limiting the requirement to the problem
to be solved.
How to know the difference between you and your customer
?

organization dictates the product requirements, usually
as a result of discussions and negotiations with customers
